Join us for a special outdoor detox + retox with Migration Brewing in Portland. We will gather for an outdoor yoga class at Oregon Park, and then after class head across the street to Migration for our post-class refreshment. Our all-levels yoga class in the park is led by local yoga instructor, Seville Strickler. After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a delicious beer at Migration Brewing! Your registration includes yoga and your first pint!

Things to Know:

• Cost: $20 for practice and a pint. $15 for yoga only.

• Class is limited size so pre-registration is recommended.

• Class is held outside and is weather permitting.

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.

• Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
