Calling all wine loving yogis! Join us for our winery edition of detox and retox with Yoga + Beer instructor, Mikki Trowbridge. Come for a free, all levels yoga class at Eola’s Tasting Room in Rickreall and then stay for a glass of wine. Please bring your own yoga mat, and food for a post-class picnic!
Our January class is a special treat, as we are joined by Cellist and Vocalist, Emily Dalsfoist who will be accompanying our yoga class.
More about Emily:
Music has always been a part of Emily's life. She feels it is her hearts calling and soul passion to weave her love of music and yoga together as an offering. Her intention is to provide a meditative and simple soundscape with cello, spars percussion and voice to enhance your meditative, sensual and perhaps healing experience on your mat. In addition to playing cello for yoga classes, Emily enjoys collaborating with her friend and gifted yoga teacher, Colin Hogan along with two other musicians, Brian and Andrew, in a dreamlike yoga and music experience called Ham, Yam & the Hims (www.hamyamandthehims.com). Emily also performs around the Portland metro area as the lead singer and songwriter for her band Syran (https://www.facebook.com/intunewithsyran/). OM
Eola will be selling wine before and after class. Food will not be available for purchase, so we recommend bringing a picnic to enjoy after class.
