class policies

Cancellations:

Registrations are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of an event, although if you notify us in advance of class, we will put a credit on your account for future use. You can cancel your spot in Mind Body up until 12 hours before class - at that time, you will need to contact us directly to cancel your spot and receive a credit. No shows for class, without prior notification, will not receive a credit. Our Yoga + Beer + Rafting events are no refund and no credit if you cancel within 72 hours of the event.

If you cancel your class in Mind Body at any time, this does not initiate a refund, it puts a class credit on your account for future use. In order to receive a refund, you will need to contact us.

Thank you for understanding and adhering to this policy.  Your respect of this rule helps us keep administrative costs and efforts down so we can spend our time doing what we love: inspiring, teaching and practicing yoga, and sharing post-practice brews with you!

Waitlist Policy:

Our waitlist requires payment to hold on a spot on the waitlist - so that in the event you receive a spot in class, we do not have to follow up with you for payment. If you do not end up getting a spot in class, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer a refund or a credit for a future class.

Emergency & Inclement Weather Policy:

Our indoor events occur rain or shine, but our outdoor events are all weather permitting. If an event has to be cancelled due to weather, announcement will be posted on our website and all social media pages as soon as possible. If Yoga + Beer or a venue host elects to cancel an event, refunds or transferred registrations will be made available as soon as possible.

Minors & Pet Policy:

Our policy on minors aligns with our hosts. If a host is 21+ only, then so is our class. Additionally, some of our teachers have set a minimum age limit on their classes - and that detail is noted in the “other details” section of our event postings. Our request for children joining us for classes is that they not impact any one else’s practice. If your child is able to participate in the duration of the practice, and/or is able to sit quietly on their mat for the entire practice, we are comfortable having them join us.

Pets are welcome in our outdoor practice spaces that allow dogs. Dogs must be on leash in our practice spaces for the duration of classes. If your dog becomes a distraction to other yogis during their practice, we ask that you guide them out of practice until they can be quiet and/or calm again.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of these policies, please contact us.
