Class Summary:

We are returning to our favorite Portland Taproom! Join us for a Sunday morning class in the taproom before Mayfly opens to the public. If weather aligns, we will move outdoors to their summer pavillion.

This Yoga + Beer event will begin with a 60 minute all-levels, flow yoga class taught by Beer Yogi and local Yoga Instructor, Jaime Lawrence. After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy lunch and a pint of beer or cider. Your registration includes yoga and your first beverage. $23 for Yoga + your first pint. $17 for yoga only.

This class often fills up, so we recommend registering in advance. If you would like to drop-in for class, we will do our best to make space for you.

Registration Details:

If class is full, your name will be added to the waitlist and you’ll be notified as soon as a spot opens up for class. Please make sure your account is set to allow for email or text notifications. If you pay for a spot on the waitlist, and don’t end up receiving a spot in class, we will contact you about a credit or a refund.

If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.

Other Helpful Details:

• Cost: $23 for Yoga + Beer, including practice and your first pint. $17 for Yoga Only.

• During this time when our local businesses need our support, we are expecting all yogis in attendance to support Mayfly. If you choose to do the Yoga Only option, our expectation is that you support Mayfly through the purchase of an alternative beverage, a gift card, merch or food.

• Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.
