Class Details:

Join us in Eola Hill’s Barrel Room for a Sunday morning all-levels flow class, followed by community time, perhaps accompanied by a brunch beverage, or a glass of wine of your choice. Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice. Read more about our donation-based pricing model.

Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of wine, gift card, merch, or other form of support.

Registration Details:

If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.

Donation Details:

All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:

Other Helpful Details:

• Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.

• Class is open to yogis of all ages.
