Class Summary:

New location alert!! We are looking forward to gathering at Minto Island Growers twice this summer for yoga on the farm, followed by beer and bites with friends. Our practice is a 60 minute, outdoors, all-levels flow led by Y+B Founder, Mikki Trowbridge. All are welcome. Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice. Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of beverage, gift card, merch, or other form of support.

We expect this class to fill up. We recommend registering in advance.

Donation Details:

All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:

Other Helpful Details:

• During this time when our local businesses need our support, we are expecting all yogis in attendance to support our hosts through the purchase of food/beverage or other product.

• Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.

• Class is open to yogis of all ages.
