Class Details:

We are back at West Hills Vineyards - this time for an outdoor class under the tent! Join us for a 60 minute, all-level yoga class led by Mikki Trowbridge. After class, we’ll gather with our yoga community for a glass of wine on the patio or in the tasting room.

Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of wine, gift card, merch, or other form of support. Sign up, or show up, we will have space for everyone.

Registration Details:

If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.

Donation Details:

All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:

Other Helpful Details:

• We are expecting all yogis in attendance to purchase a glass or bottle of wine, a retail item, or a gift card to support our host.

• Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.

• Our all-levels classes are appropriate for all levels, all bodies. Whether you’re new to yoga, or a regular practitioner, there will be options for you - and always a reminder to do what feels-good in your body, with no pressure to do more or less.
