Class Summary:

We are deeply connected to the Salem Family YMCA, and are excited to return for a class on their beautiful downtown Salem rooftop. We begin with a 60 minute, all-levels yoga class with sweeping views of downtown Salem, led by Kristen Aubert. If weather allows, we will be outside, but we also have an indoor option if needed with very similar views. Suggested donation of $5-10 per yogi. Read more about our donation-based pricing model.

Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. Sign up, or show up, we will have space for everyone.

We encourage yogis to head downtown after class for a beverage or food, to support local businesses. Our complete and current policies can always be found here. Additional class details can be found below.

Registration Details:

If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.

Donation Details:

All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:
